Weird Fish hooked on Microsoft Dynamics from specialist clothing software provider Syscom PLC

Syscom has been working in partnership with Weird Fish, based in Cheltenham for many years.  This proves their continued commitment to the Microsoft Dynamics product and Syscom, who supply a number of specialist Style related modules that are fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Jon Goodwin, Financial Controller commented “Weird Fish have fared very well over the last couple of years, considering the current economic crisis and the increasing price of cotton around the world.   Following a number of strategic decisions taken by the company that included upgrading our software system, it has put us in a strong position as we emerge out of the recession that hasn’t ended yet!”

The specialist Style modules, only available from Syscom, allow Weird Fish to embrace the unique functionality within the Syscom Style Builder and Apparel Matrix modules, making it easy to set up and order products, eliminating errors and getting the order right first time.  “Customers have reported improved order accuracy and our turn-around time have been reduced by approximately 70%” said Jon.  Syscom Dynamic Salesman also allows Weird Fish Account Managers to place orders remotely, wherever they are in the world.

“We are very proud of the fact that Weird Fish has selected Syscom to be their specialist apparel software supplier, said John Moses, MD of Syscom, “and continue to work closely with them on a number of additional projects.  The fact that the company has grown from just 6 members of staff to over 40 with a 20,000 sq foot warehouse, with a turnover that went from £3m to over £12 million today speaks volumes for us as their software partner and we look forward to working with them and helping them to grow in the future”.
